Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, it is alleged that three unknown motorcycle borne criminals looted cash, mobile and other valuable articles of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has been made accused, only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and no stolen article has been recovered from conscious possession of the

However, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is a case of robbery on highway and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
