SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail in the light of the order of this Court dated 11.02.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45835 of 2014 whereunder this Court directed the petitioner to renew his prayer after completing one year in jail custody. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 14.05.2014 and by now has completed one year in jail custody.

Let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 75/2014.
