Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under sections 25(i-b)a/ 26 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation a country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is person of clean antecedents and is in custody since 28.9.2021.

No.5129 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Avinash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case no. 503 of 2021.

The learned trial court shall accept the bail bond after examining criminal antecedents of the petitioner. If he is arrayed in any other criminal case, his bail bond shall not be accepted. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
