2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (I) for setting aside the order/judgment dated 1.8.2023 passed by the Learned Member Judicial Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T.Case No.478 of 2021 whereby B.L.T. case has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.4173 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/3 dismissed and order dated 9.10.2021 passed by Additional Collector, Gaya in Mutation Case No.22 of 2017-18 has been affirmed;

(ii) for setting aside the order dated 19.9.2022 passed by the Learned Member Judicial Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T.Case No.478 of 2021 whereby intervenor application filed by the petitioner (I.A.No.243 of 2022) has been dismissed;

(iii) for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel candidly submits that in the Title Suit No. 134 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Judge, Gaya, he has already appeared.

4. In that background, he submits that he will be pursuing the matter.

5. Considering the fact that the Title Suit is of the year 2013, the Civil Court, Gaya is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the same at an earliest.
