2. The petitioner seeks confirmation of provisional bail granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 502 of 2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 26.02.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed 2nd supplementary affidavit stating therein that the petitioner and the Informant have settled their dispute by way of a registered sale deed vide Deed No. 700 dated 18.01.2024 executed at
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4670 of 2023(10) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 District Registration Office, Saran at Chapra whereby the Informant transferred the subject land in favour of the petitioner after realizing the consideration amount. It has further been stated that the Informant and the petitioner have also jointly filed a compromise petition in connection with T.R. No. 2937 of 2023/466 of 2024 arising out of Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 502 of 2022 and, in the same way, the Informant has also filed a petition before the said Court for permission to compromise in the concerned case.
4. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the dispute between the parties has been resolved.
5. In that view of the matter, the order dated 07.04.2023 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court granting provisional bail to the petitioner is hereby confirmed. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) rishi/- U T
