The petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 07.06.2017, as contained in Annexure 1, by which he has been transferred from Jamla Road (Sri Krishna Nagar, Patna) to Katihar. The said transfer order indicates that the petitioner was being transferred in view of serious complaint filed against him, which was under enquiry.
Considering the fact that the present order of transfer has been passed for administrative reasons, which has been
