The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 419, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. In the instant case, first information report is lodged after lapse of four years of the alleged occurrence. Further he contended that petitioners have
