The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended Gupteshwar Paswan, Rabindra Paswan and Ranjit Thakur and from their possession country made pistol along with two live cartridges and cash were recovered. Submission is that the name of the petitioner figured in the statement of the apprehended accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The apprehended accused Ravindra Paswan @ Byas Jee, Ranjit Thakur, Kamta Singh and Gupteshwar Paswan @ Budha Paswan have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2015.

No.25286 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014.
