The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwariya P.S. Case No.178 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(b) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the seized vehicle and the liquor and he is neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle in question as has been stated in para 3 and 4 of the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
