The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 7.1.2015 with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after remaining 9 months in jail. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 9 months as he is in jail since 7.8.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S.
