====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 324 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is that he had given a lathi blow upon the informant and his sister Pinki Devi. It is submitted that the specific injury on the head is alleged by a Garanasa blow which is not attributed to the petitioner. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Chauhan has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

No.2210 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 In the given facts and circumstances of the case, taking into into consideration the nature of weapon allegedly used by the petitioner and the fact that co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada P. S. Case No. 324 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) avin/-ved U T
