JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. 50-60 persons surrounded the shop of the informant and started firing.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R., nothing has been attributed against him and several accused persons, have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, some of them, by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 84294 of 2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4109 of 2020(3) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019.
