Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.216 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated due to high handedness of the police. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
