The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the injured, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. Case No. 281 of 2021 on his furnishing bail-bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4394 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari.
