JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 18.12.2015 in a case registered under Sections 304B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the deceased has already been sent to jail custody and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that some poisonous medicines were recovered from the room of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
