JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-06-2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 13.02.2017, passed by the Appeal Committee, National Council

Patna High Court CWJC No.5468 of 2017 dt.20-06-2017 2/2 for Teacher Education (hereinafter referred to as the "NCTE"), New Delhi, whereby, he has upheld the order, dated 03.08.2016, passed by the Eastern Regional Committee of NCTE, Bhubaneshwar, refusing to grant recognition to the petitioning institution for running B.Ed. course for the academic session 2016-18.

2. Since the session is almost over, no purpose will be served in entertaining this present writ application.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner intends to apply afresh for grant of recognition for the next academic session, i.e., 2018-2020.

4. It goes without saying that if the petitioning institution does so, its application shall be considered expeditiously by the NCTE in accordance with law.
