2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. Total 20 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that recovery has been effected from the house of this petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable, in view of Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.Β.) and accordingly, it is dismissed.
