Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No528 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the FIR. So far petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is allegation of assault by fists and slaps and against the petitioner no.3 , the allegation is of assault by lathi. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that with respect to throwing of the garbage, scuffle took place

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Bagaha, district West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No528 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
