2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.02.2021 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners in G.R. No. 984 of 2019, arising out of Bisfi P.S. Case No. 375/2019 for the offence u/s 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the trial has proceeded and all the witnesses have been examined.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he has no instruction about the stage of trial.
