Learned counsel for the State submits that in this case charge-sheet has been submitted by the police, therefore, this application for quashing the F.I.R has become infructuous. Considering the aforesaid facts coupled with the fact that the F.I.R is under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
