The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 362 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 332, 333, 307, 353 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Dabbu, Abdul Jabbar and Abdul Sattar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners, against whom there is omnibus and general allegation, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of
