The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 877 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 376, 417 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he made physical relationship with informant on false promise to get marriage. The petitioner has also assaulted informant several time.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case only for money.

In view of the henious allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
