JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-02-2019 The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider their cases for being regularized/absorbed against sanctioned vacant Class-IV post of Safaikarmis.

2. The case of the petitioners is that they have been rendering service since 1977 and 2007 respectively and despite there being a direction of the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga (respondent No. 3) to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent No. 4) to consider the cases of the petitioners, nothing has been done at the end of the District Magistrate, Darbhanga.

3. Without expressing any opinion over the merits of the respective claim of the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the General Manager, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd., Darbhanga (respondent No. 8), detailing their grievances and the basis for their claiming absorption/regularization, within a period of four weeks from

In case of receipt of such representation within the stipulated time, the General Manager, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd., Darbhanga (respondent No. 8) shall dispose off the aforesaid representation after checkingup the records, the veracity of the statements made therein and the feasibility of acceding to the prayer of the petitioners and shall, thereafter, dispose off the same by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
