JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of firing and causing death of Gulshan Yadav is against co-accused Vijay Yadav and this petitioner was seen by the informant fleeing away with said Vijay Yadav and other accused persons from the scene of occurrence. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 8.8.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
