2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pripainti P.S. Case No. 464 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he was moving on motorcycle, this petitioner along with unknown, intercepted and after snatching the amount of Rs. 3,200/-, this petitioner attacked him with an iron rod causing injury. This led to the FIR.

4. Earlier, the Co-ordinate Bench called for the case diary and the injury report which is on record and learned APP has drawn attention of this Court to the injury report dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6285 of 2026(4) dt.01-04-2026 2/2 13.10.2025 issued by the Referral Hospital, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur to show that the injuries on the head have been found to be grievous in nature.

5. Learned APP has drawn attention of this Court to paragraph 3 to show that he has criminal antecedent too.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U T
