JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant having got information that petitioner was running Aluminum Factory in the house of one Nand Kishore Sao, raided the house of Nand Kishore Sao and seized some Aluminum wire and lodged the present case.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is nothing on the record to show that seized Aluminum wire were stolen property and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14392 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.
