2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ/ writs in nature of mandamus by commanding and directing the concern authorities including District Magistrate, Patna as well as Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for providing the necessary protection to life, personal liberty including her property in view of valid title upon it, which constitute not only constitutional rights

Patna High Court CWJC No.23196 of 2018(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 under Article 311(A) of constitution rather fundamental rights under Article 21 of the constitution also as well as further prayer regarding as enquiry against respondents for interference with her title, possession, enjoyment being lawful holder of land and additionally obstruction by third person despite not permissible and for other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of case enumerated and stated hereinafter."

The petitioner claims to be widow of Om Prakash Bajpayee residing in Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand) and claims that her husband alongwith agnates own the piece of ancestor land at Bihta, which is now being acquired for the Bihta Airport, the other family members are trying to grab the compensation amount as also always threatened her of dire consequence.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner should have approached the appropriate Revenue Authority/Police Officials for the redressal of the grievance.

5. It seems the husband was working in the Bokaro Steel City, is no more, the petitioner is living outside with children, is facing problem.

6. In that background, the State must take note of the petition/representation which she intends to file afresh. Needless to add, if such petition is preferred before any Revenue Authority/Police Officials, the same has to be taken to its logical conclusion after a proper enquiry.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
