The petitioner has invoked the extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to quash the order, dated, 28.11.2019, passed in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4313 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Revision No. 149 of 2019 whereby and whereunder the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, dismissed the aforesaid revision of the petitioner affirming the order, dated 24.06.2019, passed in Complaint Case No. 152 of 2019 whereby Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, dismissed the Complaint Case No. 152 of 2019, on enquiry under Section 203 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality to interfere in the inherent jurisdiction of the Court. This application is dismissed.
