2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing/setting-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1829 of 2026(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/3 aside Letter No. 5645 dated 07.10.2025 whereby and where under the Respondent No. 2 has issued direction to take punitive action against all K-License holders including the Petitioner for alleged ground of unauthorized sale beyond the permissible limit is false, baseless and without evidentiary support, especially when stock of sand was not existing at the Petitioner's site at the relevant time.

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to hold that the blocking/closing the Petitioner's ID and password appertaining to Sand Storage License Nos. K-NALANDA/13/2025 (2309290301) valid till 31.12.2029 and K-NALANDA/20/2025 (2309290302) valid till 31.12.2029 without issuing any notice or opportunity of hearing are arbitrary and illegal action.

(iii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and direction the Respondent Authorities to immediately restore

(iv) for holding that the alleged ground of unauthorized sale beyond the permissible limit is not at all applicable in the Petitioner's case. (v) for issuance of any other relief/s which the Petitioner is found entitled to."

3. In this case, on 23.04.2026, direction was given to the petitioner to serve copies upon the serve copies of the writ petition upon the Railways. As it was a peremptory order and not complied, it stood dismissed on 27.04.2026.
