Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps and specific allegation of assaulting the deceased by means of hammer and causing his death is against co-accused, Mukhlal Choudhary. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 26.10.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
