ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2019 in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No.234 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that only one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.09.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
