2. All the dues in terms of progression and promotion have been specified in paragraphs 5 to 8 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. As per the same, having

Patna High Court CWJC No. 1977 of 2023(4) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 joined the services of the respondent board in 1977, the petitioner was granted the following benefits: (i) Selection grade on 12.11.1988 in the scale of 1400-45-1850-50-2450/- w.e.f. 01.08.1988.

(ii) Super selection grade on 08.09.1995 in the scale of Rs. 1500-50-2000-55-2660/- w.e.f. 09.03.1995. (iii) He was promoted as Shift In-Charge on 07.01.2004 in the scale of Rs. 4720-150-6070-165-9040/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/- w.e.f. 07.01.2004.

(iv) He was promoted as Assistant Controller on 13.08.2012 in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- with the grade-pay of 4400/- w.e.f. 14.08.2010.

(v) He has also been granted 3rd ACP vide office order dated 09.09.2015 in scale of pay-band-II 9300 to 34800 with the grade-pay of 4400 w.e.f. 01.01.2009.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out any specific claim which remains due thereafter.
