The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhowrah (Goura) P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the search one loaded country made pistol with one live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2018.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned
