Petitioner seeks bail in Revilganj P.S.Case No.312/18 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is of recovery of one stolen motor cycle from the petitioner while he was traveling on the said motor cycle along with one co-accused Ramesh Rai and on demand could not produce any paper of ownership with respect to the said motor cycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner claims that the said motor cycle belongs to him and he has enclosed the relevant papers regarding the said motor cycle.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let

No.5915 of 2019(3) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-8, Saran, Chapra, in Revilganj P.S.Case No.312 of 2018 subject to the conditions that

(1) bailors should be of local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and sufficient reason the trial court will be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) aks/- U
