JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 2 has deposited Rs. 2,25,000 /- in the Nazarat of Civil Court, Aurangabad vide receipt no. 32 dated 21.04.2014 in Matrimonial Case No. 58 of 2013 ( Prakash Kumar Gautam Vs. Sweta Kumari).

However, the same has not been paid to the petitioner despite her best efforts.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent no. 1, the Registrar, Civil Court, Aurangabad is directed to verify the same and take steps for the needful.

Learned District and Sessions Judge Aurangabad is

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1771 of 2018(3) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 also directed to look into this matter.

Accordingly, this matter is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
