Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 514 of 2019 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019 for the offence under sections 302, 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in a drunken condition quarreled with his brother for partition at the door of informant. In the meanwhile, the victim intervened which led altercation between the petitioner and the victim as a result, the petitioner went inside the house and took a knife and gave knife blow

The petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances discussed above, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Rohtas, in connection with S. Tr. No. 514 of 2019 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
