JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 550 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner's prayer for regular bail was rejected after considering the merits of the case by an order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22757 of 2021. Hardly two months thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present application renewing his prayer for bail.

In my opinion, no fresh ground is made out for the present for this Court to entertain this application seeking grant of bail after earlier rejection.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
