Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sasaram in respect of his grievance, as the order impugned passed under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has lost its force.
