This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20/22/23/24 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.
