2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 448 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case , these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi and rod due to which she sustained injury .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on account of land dispute between the parties a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Petitioners claim

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the clean antecedent of the and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.
