ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 23.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 3174 of 2015.
Considering that it is only recently, the Petitioner was refused bail, I see no reason for review the said order. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014, to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, and the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23999 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 so that there is no further delay in trial.
