JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of each petitioners and for which petitioners are in jail custody for more than four months without having any criminal antecedent. Furthermore, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivsisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.Case No. 330 of 2015.
