The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.283 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the pleadings made at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.283 of 2018 subject to the
