This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kochas PS case no. 160 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, considering the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner has stood dismissed by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 17062 of 2020 by a well-reasoned and a detailed order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, within a period of four weeks from today and apply for grant of regular bail.
