The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on 26.6.2014 the daughter of the informant was found killed in front of her Sasural by three unknown persons. The petitioner was arrested on suspicion. He was put on T.I.P but the mother-inlaw of the deceased did not identify him. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Pritam Kumar Mandal , be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
