Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-380, 302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Dinesh Kumar Singh who shot fire on the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned; he happens to be member of unlawful assembly. Moreover, the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14825 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 426 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
