JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and his family members.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injuries and no specific allegation has been attributed against them. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
