Mr.Md. Mushtaque Alam ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2019 in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No.17 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 320, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of deceased and they used to live very cordially and were having healthy relationship with her husband. It is further submitted that due to suspicion, the petitioner has been taken into custody and it is stated that deceased died after being shot in the head by some unknown person.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is nothing on record to show that

No.2651 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 there was strained relationship between the parties and that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than a year, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No.17 of 2019.
