JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is non-payment of salary despite order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 457 of 2014 dated 13.8.2015.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly working but respondents have not paid salary. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no reason for non-payment of salary but the respondents are sitting tight over the matter.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7415 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation enclosing the relevant document in support of his claim for payment of salary alongwith a copy of this order within a period of one month from today.
In case, such representation is filed before the respondent District Programme Officer (establishment), Siwan within one month he shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and examine that the petitioner has really worked, he will ensure payment of salary to the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order alongwith a copy of the representation.
