This application for regular bail arises out Murliganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 364,302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There are eleven persons named in the First Information Report including the petitioner, who are said to have assaulted the victim in an occurrence arising out of petty dispute. Subsequently, dead body of the deceased was found. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that similarly circumstanced co-accused Jawahar Yadav and Ranjan Yadav have been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3626 of 2020. He has drawn my attention to another order of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4684 of 2020(6) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 this Court dated 13.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66108 of 2019 that co-accused Lalo Yadav, with similar allegation against him, has been allowed regular bail by this Court. On perusal of the order of this Court and the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, in my opinion, a case for grant of bail is made out.

Let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019.
